Ross 308 AP Awards

Event highlights top results in Brazil and strengthens collaboration with customers

CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen® customers across Brazil continue to go from strength to strength, raising the bar for chick performance, health and welfare. Their success is only possible through daily commitment, skilled flock management, and strong teamwork – qualities that Aviagen is proud to recognize and reward through the 7th National Ross® 308 AP Awards.

This year’s Ross 308 AP awards culminated in the National ranking, honoring the top three performers across the country that achieved exceptional breeder results in total eggs per female housed and total chicks per female housed up to 66 weeks of age, based on flocks completed in 2024.

“Aviagen believes in recognizing and rewarding this ongoing commitment to excellence – the care, skill, and attention to bird welfare that drive strong results and a sustainable future for poultry production,” commented Rodrigo Tedesco, Aviagen Brazil’s Technical Services Manager.

Leaders in total eggs per hen housed

Nutrifrango took the lead in the category of total eggs per hen housed, securing the top two National positions, followed by Grupo Alvorada in third place:
