Aviagen Brings Tailored “Knowledge Without Borders” to Guadalajara, Mexico

Company teams up with Plasson and Phibro to bring the latest poultry insights to Bachoco

CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen® Latin America recently extended its “Knowledge Without Borders” series to Guadalajara, Mexico, collaborating with Plasson, a poultry equipment provider, and Phibro Animal Health Corporation. Held May 8–9, the seminar welcomed nearly 80 team members from Bachoco, one of Mexico’s and the world’s foremost poultry producers.

The two-day event featured practical, science-based discussions focused on improving the welfare, performance, and sustainability of Ross® 308 AP birds. With content tailored specifically to local conditions, key topics included:

“This event was all about working side by side to share knowledge that makes a difference in the field,” said Rodrigo Cisoto, Head of Technical Services for Aviagen Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean (CAME). “By tailoring the content to local challenges, we continue to build on our commitment to Breeding Success Together with Bachoco and our partners across the region.”

Gisele Coelho, General Director for Plasson México, emphasized the value of collective effort. “At Plasson, we believe collaboration drives progress. It was a privilege to join forces with Aviagen and Phibro to provide Bachoco’s team with insights they can apply every day on the farm.”
